My Homecoming Meet up: Welcome to the world of Beatrix Potter High Tea. Hello every one!! Here is a long awaited blog post. Things have been pretty hectic here back down under, and moving back home from Japan. Today I will be sharing my homecoming meet up that I organized. On Sunday the 3rd of August, my Lolita community and I went to Riversdale Estate Winery, where on the first Sunday of every month, they do a Beatrix Potter/ Peter Rabbit High Tea. It was also a great chance to catch up with everyone from my small, but awesome Lolita comm, and also meet new people as well who joined when I was away. We were seated in a warm sunlit room called "the orangery", decorated with floral décor, with a big flower display in the middle of the room, overlooking the winery on warm, clear winters day. We were served an assortment of sandwiches, little pasties, cakes, pastries and homemade scones serves with raspberry jam and whipped cream. We could also choose from a
